Thank you for choosing WINCAN Windows & Doors for your replacement project.  We strive to provide you with a seamless and pleasant experience throughout the process.  Here are a few things to help get prepared prior to your appointment date:

1. Clear a path for moving

Remove furniture, plants, area rugs and anything that might obstruct the route to and around windows for both indoor and outdoor.

2. Remove the Accessories

Remove window accessories such as curtains, draperies, sheers, shades and blinds.  It is possible to leave the accessories in place if you are doing a retrofit window replacement, please consult your sales representative for details.  It would be ideal to take down any artwork and decorations hanging on the wall near by to minimize the chances of damaging them.

3. Clean-up

Our team will try to minimize the mess by using a drop cloth and will clean up the area after the job has been completed.  Old windows and doors removal are included in the service free of charge as well.
